Join us for the 9/11 Memorial Ceremony and Hill Climb

Each year, JH Fire/EMS gathers with the community to honor the lives lost on September 11th, 2001, and recognize the courage and sacrifice of the first responders who answered the call that day.

Join us at 8:00AM in the Town Square for the Memorial Ceremony, as we remember the 343 firefighters, 23 police officers, and 37 Port Authority officers who made the ultimate sacrifice 25 years ago. This solemn ceremony is a time for reflection and gratitude as we honor these fallen members. 

The Memorial Hill Climb will begin around 3:43PM at Snow King Mountain. Participants will select a memorial badge representing a fallen first responder before making the climb at their own pace, carrying their story and honoring their sacrifice along the way. 

Together, we remember their service and carry their stories forward.
