The Jackson Hole Fire/EMS Department operates six fire stations throughout Teton County, ensuring emergency responders can quickly reach communities across the valley.
Two stations are staffed full-time by career firefighters: Station 1 in Jackson and Station 6 on WY 390 (Teton Village Rd). Four additional stations: Wilson (Station 2), Hoback (Station 3), Moran (Station 4), and Adams Canyon (Station 7) are staffed by volunteers who live within their service areas.
In a typical year, volunteers make up between two-thirds and three-quarters of the Department's membership. Their commitment allows JH Fire/EMS to provide exceptional emergency response across a large geographic area while maintaining strong connections to the communities they serve.
Every call answered represents neighbors helping neighbors, a tradition that continues to strengthen emergency services throughout Teton County.
