Enhancing Team Performance

The Enhancing Team Performance Program helps Jackson Hole Fire/EMS members meet the demanding physical fitness requirements of their job. The Foundation supports team health and readiness through physical fitness reimbursements, donations to Teton Interagency Peer Support, training meals, and specialized training support.
In 2025-2026, the Foundation:
-
Paid all expenses for two members to attend the Fire Department Instructors Conference in Indianapolis
-
Paid for lodging for three members to attend the World EMS Conference in Austin
-
Provided financial support for one member’s pursuit of their paramedic certification
-
Provided meals for weekly training sessions, EMT programs, and the Firefighter 1 Academy
-
Issued physical fitness expense reimbursements for all members, including gym memberships and home fitness equipment
-
Made annual donations to the Teton Interagency Peer Support program
The Enhancing Team Performance Program is part of the overall Foundation programs supporting the well-being and readiness of the Jackson Hole Fire/EMS Department. Donations directly support our programs.
